Camp Moment

“Crunch” the rimu leaves were as sharp as a porcupine and as slim as a pencil. The ground was a bit soggy but we just had to deal with it because we were scavenging for number seven.

“Ouch” the twigs scraped Liam and there was a hint of a blood oozing down his leg. The birds were now singing louder than ever, don't get me wrong they do sound good but it was like I was at a concert called “21 Tui’s.”

”Woah” Iva says with a look of shock on her face “the tree has fallen down completely, looks like we have to go the long way.” Above us is the most beautiful sight in the world, it’s the rooftop of the forest and you could even see the birds and the blue sky peeking through. It looked epic especially when it was sundown.The native bush is incredible as I see the crispness of the punga fern and all the different colours like green, silver and orange of the bark on the trees.

Anyway back to business number seven as a special feature “wait what's that?” Liam said in an excited voice “well it's a tyre so that could be the special feature” I say excitedly as well.The purple tag was there it shone in my sight and was under a rusty old piece of log. It was an adventure to crack the tag, now we just need to find our way back...

(Creak) As I stomp on the old creepy path that feels like a old house slowly breaking going towards the forest.The sight of a very creepy tree frightens me inside and a mysterious feeling as well although it was only the evening so there was sunlight. I think to myself this is an eerie feeling.

Woah what a great sight of the nice and green bushes.The twigs try to take my shoes off as I walk on the muddy lime path of grass. I see berries on the bushes and feel really joyful.The trees glowed because of the reflection of the sunlight and wild wind breaking on my face.

I turn a corner and finally found what I was looking for, it is the extremely cosy small log cabin. In the background I here the stream shuttle along. On the log cabin was some twigs that had fallen off a kauri. Utensils sitting outside on an oak bench waiting to have some dinner. It was a beautiful sight, finally at the door step and...

Egg Diary Day 1

Huh who is this giant I wondered as he picked me up with is greasy hands.He mad e me a car and he also named me Mike I thinks that's a cool name.Anyway there were other eggs as well he said I'm kinda like a ghost because of my greens skin and scary face.I also hears other eggs cracked so I feel bad for them but at the same time I was driving in my plastic car with the giant control me then the Giants master said pack up morning tea time and I came to the outside of the classroom and there I was Cruz opening his bag and getting his lunch box then 🍳 I was a cracked sport egg NOOOOOOO‼️
